Frequently Asked Questions

Cancellation Policy:

A deposit is required at the time of booking and applied to your final balance. Deposits for High Season (peak holiday periods) are strictly non-refundable. For Low and Mid Season bookings, cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival may receive a refund or credit; cancellations within 14 days, no-shows, or early departures will result in the deposit being forfeited. Date changes must be requested at least 5 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability. In the case of unforeseen events beyond our control, management will review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.

Check in/out

Kindly note, check in is from 2pm - 6pm. Our check out time is 10am.

If you plan to arrive outside of our regular check in/check out hours, please let us know in advance by contacting us via email or phone. We are happy to assist you and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Office Hours

Our office hours are

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

  • Saturday and Sunday 8:30am to 4pm

  • Public Holidays 8:30am to 4pm

Pets

Clarence Head Caravan Park is proudly pet-friendly, welcoming domestic  in designated areas and accommodation (subject to approval at booking). Pets must always be on a lead under 2m or securely contained within your site, never left unattended for long periods, and are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in park facilities such as bathrooms, pool, BBQ areas, or non-pet-friendly cabins. Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behaviour, waste disposal, and any damage or noise, and must ensure pets are vaccinated and free from parasites. Management reserves the right to remove pets or guests who breach these conditions.

Laundromat

Our onsite laundromat is open daily from 8:30am to 7:00pm. Machines operate with gold coins, and if you need change, our office staff will be happy to exchange notes during office hours.
