Terms and Conditions for Clarence Head Caravan Park
1. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all guests ("Guests") who use the services and facilities provided by Clarence Head Caravan Park ("the Park"). By booking and staying at the Park, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Bookings
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or in person.
- Bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Clarence Head Caravan Park.
- A deposit may be required to secure a reservation.
- The Park reserves the right to cancel any booking at its discretion, providing a full refund to the Guest if necessary.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2pm (NSW TIME)
- Check-out time: 10am (NSW TIME)
4. Rates and Payment
- All rates are quoted in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
- Full payment is due at the time of check in unless otherwise stated.
- The Park accepts payment by credit card, debit card, bank transfer & cash.
- Any additional charges (e.g., for extra services or damages) must be paid upon check-out.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking. Generally, 14 days notice is required for a full refund, excluding high season.
- High Season deposits are non-refundable.
- If you cancel within 14 days, you may forfeit your deposit or a percentage of the booking cost.
- No refunds will be provided for early departures.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
- Guests must adhere to all reasonable requests from the Park staff.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- The Park reserves the right to remove any guest or visitor causing disruption or violating the rules, without refund.
7. Health and Safety
- Guests must comply with all safety regulations, including fire safety procedures.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children, pets, and visitors while on the premises.
8. Pets
- Pets are only allowed in certain areas of the Park.
- Management must be made aware of pets upon booking and approval is subject to availability
- All pets must be kept on a leash, lead, or in a secure enclosure at all times when outside your designated site or cabin.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not cause damage to property. Any damages must be paid for.
9. Park Facilities
- All facilities are available for use at your own risk.
- The Park is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the use of its facilities.
- The Park reserves the right to close or limit access to any facilities due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
10. Damage and Property
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Park property, including but not limited to accommodation, furniture, or equipment.
- Any damage must be reported to the Park management immediately.
- The Park reserves the right to charge guests for repairs or replacements.
11. Liability
- The Park is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including vehicles, belongings, or any items left unattended.
- The Park is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs on the premises, except as required by law.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
- The Park respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.
- Personal information collected during booking and check-in is used solely for Park-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
13. Modifications to Terms
- Clarence Head Caravan Park reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Park constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
